FAQ

What should I bring for my dog's boarding stay?
Please bring your dog's regular food (pre-portioned and labeled), any medications with written instructions, and one or two comfort items like a favorite bed or blanket and toy. We provide clean bedding, bowls, and fresh water.

What vaccinations does my dog need?
Dogs need current Distemper, Adenovirus 1 & 2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, Coronavirus (DA2PP), Bordetella (kennel cough), and Rabies vaccinations. You can upload the records when booking or text them to us in advance at 778-898-0914.

What vaccinations does my cat need?
Cats need current Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Distemper, Feline Leukemia (FVRCP), and Rabies vaccinations. Records can be uploaded at booking or texted to us in advance.

Can I tour the facility before booking?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Call or text us at 778-898-0914 to arrange a touring (1 PM–3 PM daily).

Are dogs and cats kept separate?
Yes, completely. Dogs and Cats are separate buildings.

Can I watch my pet on a camera?
We don't offer live webcams, but we post video updates twice a week. One-on-one playtime with video is also available as a $10 add-on.

Is someone on-site overnight?
Yes — our team stays on-site overnight, so your pet is never alone.

How much does boarding cost per night?
Dog boarding starts at $35/night for standard dogs (under 35 lbs) and $45/night for large dogs, with lower rates for longer stays. Cat boarding starts at $25/night. See our Rates section for the full table. All rates exclude 5% GST.

Is there a discount for long stays?
Yes — stays of 7–29 days and 30+ days get progressively lower nightly rates for both dogs and cats.

What's your cancellation policy?
Just let us know as soon as you can. If you need to pick up early, we ask for 48 hours' notice — otherwise one extra day's boarding fee applies.

What are your drop-off and pick-up hours?
We're open 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, seven days a week. If you pick up between 8:00 and 11:00 AM, there's no charge for that day.

Do you administer medication?
Yes, for a $5 fee. Bring medications in original packaging with written instructions.

Will my dog eat his own food?
We prefer your dog's regular food from home. If needed, kennel-provided food is available for $5.

Do you offer daycare without overnight boarding?
Yes — full-day doggy daycare is $25, running during business hours.

What happens if my pet gets sick during the stay?
We'll contact you and your emergency contact right away, and take your pet to your vet or the nearest emergency clinic if needed. Veterinary costs are the owner's responsibility.

My dog has separation anxiety. Can you still board him?
In most cases, yes. Tell us about his triggers at booking, consider a trial daycare day first, and bring a worn T-shirt that smells like you.

Do you treat for fleas?
We strongly encourage flea and worm treatment before boarding. Pets may be checked at check-in — if fleas are found, we'll apply Advantage topical treatment at the owner's cost.

Can I get photo updates while I'm away?
Yes — we post video updates twice a week, and we're happy to send photo or text updates on request.

What's the difference between boarding and daycare?
Boarding is overnight care with full days of meals, play, and rest. Daycare is daytime-only: drop off in the morning, pick up by 6 PM.

Which areas do you serve?
We're at 4593 152 St in Surrey, BC, and welcome clients from across Metro Vancouver including Delta, Langley, White Rock, and Burnaby.
